- Money laundering or using the platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.

8Intellectual Property
All content on the 444i platform — including software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of 444i or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or incorporated into derivative works without the express written permission of 444i.

9Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 444i's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall be limited to the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 444i shall not be liable for the following categories of loss under any circumstances.
